Directions for Use

Preparing the Surface:
All surfaces must be clean and free from debris. Always test product in an inconspicuous area for suitability.

Surfaces:
When properly applied SureSeal 24/7 Masonry Plus will protect cementitious surfaces, architectural concrete, brick, stone, stucco, exposed aggregate, stone, and many other masonry products.

Directions for Application:
Begin application at the highest point of the surface to be treated. Completely wet the surface by applying SureSeal 24/7 Masonry Plus with a paint brush, roller, SureSeal Pump Sprayer or an airless sprayer. Apply one coat with smooth even strokes, thoroughly saturating the surface being treated. At least one hour drying time is recommended before using the treated area. For optimum protection, allow to cure for 24 hours.

Maintenance:
To clean treated areas, use a garden hose with a pressure nozzle or pressure washer with a pressure of up to 2000 PSI (be careful not to etch surface). Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as abrasive powders, ammonia, acids, bleach, solvents or abrasive scrubbing pads.

Coverage: Up to 600 – 1500 square feet per gallon. Coverage is approximate and will vary depending on the surface being treated and the applicator.

Note: Consult the SureSeal 24/7 Masonry Plus Material Safety Data Sheet for details regarding Hazardous Properties and Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
